A recent web application I just finished

Over the past month, I've been working on a real estate site for one of my clients. The site is made in Arabic, and was written in C# ASP.NET from grounds up. It allows adding, removing and modifying lands for sale, and acts like an ASP.NET template kit for any similar content management system with an Admin area. The site is now live and can be seen by following this link: http://www.hishamkhraisat.com/

Here are the site features:

  • Add, delete, modify real estates & lands.
  • Designate 3 special deal lands for permenant display on the left column with ability to select their order from the Admin page.
  • Land details page for each page.
  • Ability to search lands by price, land area, or region.
  • Contact us Page.
  • Hidden fields for each land.
  • Ability to upload up to 5 photos per land, with one main photo and thumbnail generation.
  • Admin back end.
  • Ability to sign up for newsletters.

In part 2 I'm planning on adding some Ajax features to the site, hooking lands locations with Google Maps, and adding some additional features to the site.

If you are interested in examining the Admin back end of the site, feel free to go to a test copy of the site and email me for the Admin user & password.
